I was meant to have plans with two beautiful soul sisters tomorrow. This would have been the first time that the three of us would have been in the same physical space. It would have involved a big drive on all sides.

When I woke this morning and started to feel into it - the logistics of it - it just wasn’t feeling right.

I had the conversation and as we hammered things out it became clear to both of us that this energy wasn’t flowing. As much as my mind and heart wanted this gathering - we decided to honour our truth and let these plans go.

This kind of vulnerability and honesty is only available when both parties are sovereign and 100% accountable for themselves. Many people would take this sort of shift as a personal afront. Many people would feel shunned or like this was about them and their worthiness.

I’m so grateful to have friendships that I know can withstand this kind of honesty and vulnerability.

In the relationships I have control over (as in the ones chosen in this lifetime), this is my expectation.

In my work, I guide, hold and support, allowing more and more honesty to come through. Creating opportunities for softness towards self. Less and less judgement and shame, more self trust and honouring of your truth - whatever it is when all the other noise starts to diminish.
